Shipping & Returns

 

ORDER TIMEFRAMES

All our work is handcrafted by us in our artisan metalsmithing workshop in Braidwood, Australia. We mostly work on a made to order model, however at times we have pieces available as ready to ship. This will always be detailed in the product description. 

Made to order
Pieces will be ready for dispatch within 2 weeks

Ready to ship
Pieces will be dispatched within 3 working days

Pre-orders
At times we offer our pieces on a pre-order basis. Pieces will be shipped on a set date, as detailed on the individual product description.

If you would like a piece for a particular date, please let us know prior to ordering at hello@ferroforma.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  

PACKAGING

Each piece is individually wrapped and packaged in our branded Ferro Forma boxes with a card detailing our brand story. We then wrap all parcels in brown paper wrap for discreet shipping. We don’t include receipts, only a packing list (with no prices) with our parcels so they are always ready for gifting.

 

SHIPPING

We offer both Australia Post regular and express shipping options, both sent with signature on delivery service. Express does not expedite your piece in the making queue. If selected, we simply send your order express post once it is completed within our Made To Order timeframe.

Unfortunately we aren't able to specify individual delivery instructions to Australia Post and all orders require a signature at time of delivery. If no one is available to sign, it will be carded to your local post office.

Once your order has been sent, you'll receive an email with your postage tracking details.  If you require a piece in a quicker timeframe, please get in touch before placing your order to see what is possible. 

     

    RETURNS

    Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
     
    We finish each of our pieces to a high quality and pack them safely for postage, however in the unlikely event where a product ordered arrives in a damaged state, and it was fault from us, or has a manufacturing fault, a replacement, refund or repair will be offered. Please let us know straight away via hello@ferroforma.com.au, it is helpful to include a few images of the piece. We'll let you know how best to return it to us and we will organise the repair, replacement or refund for you. Please don't return items to us without first getting in touch - we want to make sure you send it to the correct postal address and know to look out for it so it safely received.
